Standard Return Policy
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning an item you purchased from the kotttab Store:
1) If you purchased multiple units of the same item, you will need to either receive or reject all of the same items while you request for refund. We suggest clicking on return/refund for all the items and provide relevant documents for damaged item claim process. However, since only one item is damaged, you may adjust the refund amount accordingly in order to reach an agreement with the seller.
2) If you purchased different items, you can choose to return the specific product that is damaged only when you request for refund.
However, if you purchased multiple unit of an item but only one unit is damaged, you will need to request for refund of the whole item.
Once you have successfully raised a return and refund request, the seller may ask you to send the item back to them in order to release the payment to you.
You have not used any included access codes for any online resource that came with your item purchase.
You have not previously returned the same item from a prior purchase.
You have not returned a total of 3 or more items in the past 90 days across all of your kotttab Accounts.
You can only return items purchased directly from the kotttab Store.
Returns for kotttab items purchases through other retailers are subject to their respective returns and refunds policy.
Abuse of Return Policy: kotttab reserves the right to refuse to sell or to provide refunds to any person for any reason not prohibited by law, including, but not limited to, abuse of its return policy.
After confirming, a tracking number will be generated and you’ll be able to send a copy to your email address.
When can I apply for a Return / Refund ?
If your order is still under “To Receive” tab, please proceed to request for return/refund if you:
1) Did not receive the order
2) Received an incomplete product (missing quantity or accessories)
3) Received the wrong product(s) (e.g. wrong size, wrong colour, different product)
4) Received a product with physical damage (e.g. dented, scratched, broken)
5) Received a faulty product (e.g. malfunction, does not work as intended)
Yes, you will be able to cancel your order using the steps below if:
1) You have not made full payment to your order
2) The seller has not shipped out the order (The order does not have any tracking status updated yet).
3) You have not requested for cancellation for this order before this. (You are allowed to request for cancellation once only per order. The order will resume shipping process if you have previously withdrawn your cancellation request).
*Note: If your order is being delivered to you but is stuck/lost in transit, you will need to “Request for Refund” instead of cancelling the order. Check “When and how can I apply for a return refund?” for more information on how to request for refund for your order.
Time: The buyer can request a refund at any time.
Method of recovery: By transferring the money to the same party that paid the money.
Product condition: For importation, it is a condition that the product does not arrive in good condition or does not match.
Contact information for refund: Send a message to the site’s e-mail or Paypal.
Charges : There is no fee for refund request.
How to cancel my order?
1) Click on “Me” and “To Pay / To Ship”. Find your order and click on the name of the order.
If your payment is not successful, your order will be under “To Pay”
If you have made payment successfully, your order will be under “To Ship” before seller ship it out
2) After that, click on “Cancel Order” to initiate a cancellation request.
If the cancellation request is done before the payment is successful or before seller arrange shipment (order with no tracking number updated), cancellation will not need seller’s approval and can be cancelled immediately.
Your refund will be processed immediately after your Return/Refund or Cancellation Request Case has been approved.
How to refund an item

Use the Refund Self Service Tool
To return a purchased it from the kotttab Store, sign in to Account Center with the email address and password used to purchase the item.
After you sign in, you will see the items from your recent orders. Select an item to go to the order details page. From there, use the Request Refund button below your item. In the pop-up window, confirm the reason for the refund and select the Refund button. Repeat the process for any additional items you need to return.
Contact kotttab Support
You can always contact kotttab Support for assistance with a refund. A kotttab Support Specialist will assist you with your return. We will process your refund at that time. To contact kotttab Support, please refer to the Contact kotttab Support.

Once we receive your refund request, a refund is initiated immediately. We refund your purchase back to the original payment method.
Additional Information
As with any shopping experience, some terms and conditions apply to transactions through the kotttab Store. Please remember, that by placing an order at the kotttab Store, you agree to the terms set forth above along with
kotttab’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

We will send credit and debit card refunds to the card-issuing bank within five to seven business days of receipt of the return. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when you can expect the credit to post on your account.
